The Vision

"We didn’t just want to build a racetrack.
We set out to create a legacy."

Kristi Maluchnik, Founder
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Purpose-Driven from the Start

North Carolina isn’t lacking in motorsports. From Charlotte Motor Speedway and Rockingham to the NASCAR Hall of Fame, and even the presence of F1 operations like Haas and Cadillac—motorsport is part of this state’s DNA.

But what we saw was a missing link.

There was no destination that blended world-class motorsport with private club access, modern amenities, and community integration—no place where the racing lifestyle could be lived, shared, and passed down.

So we set out to create something new:
A purpose-built motorsports resort—crafted from the ground up—where high-performance driving, architectural excellence, and cultural experiences come together.

Uwharrie Motorsports Park & Resort isn’t just another track. It’s a new kind of motorsports destination—built for drivers, families, enthusiasts, and future legends.

More Than Track Time

At Uwharrie, driving is only the beginning.

We designed this place to be more than a motorsports facility—it’s an ecosystem of performance, precision, and purpose. From our 3.2-mile FIA-grade 2 circuit to the custom-built garage condos, from the karting track to member lounges and private event spaces—every detail reflects a commitment to excellence.

But this isn’t just about access to horsepower.
It’s about curating meaningful experiences around it.

Here, track days feel like private performances.
The paddock is a social hub.
The garages are architectural statements.
And every visit offers the chance to push your limits—or take a breath.

Whether you’re clocking laps, hosting guests, or simply watching from the balcony—Uwharrie was designed to elevate how people engage with motorsport.

Built Around People

Uwharrie Motorsports Park & Resort is rooted in performance—but it's built for people.

Yes, it’s a private members club. Yes, our garage condos and track privileges offer exclusivity at the highest level. But that doesn’t mean the gates are closed to everyone else.

From the start, we listened to our community. We heard the desire for access, for gathering spaces, for moments where motorsport can be experienced—not just spectated. That’s why Uwharrie was designed with both private and public spaces in mind.

Local families can enjoy concerts at our outdoor amphitheater. Young enthusiasts can ride our go-kart track or walk the park trails. Public track days will invite fans and future members to experience the thrill firsthand.

Because while Uwharrie is built to serve an elite motorsports lifestyle, it’s also built to inspire—and share that passion with the world beyond the paddock.

We’re not building a club. We’re building a culture.
And this is just the beginning.
