Our 185 turnkey units are crafted for collectors, racers, and automotive businesses—featuring 20’ ceilings, mezzanines, tool-ready infrastructure, and private track access. Each unit includes HVAC, ADU-style overnight accommodations, EV and tool hookups, and a layout that accommodates 4–15 vehicles depending on size.

Driver's Condo
Designed for discerning individual enthusiasts, the Driver’s Condo offers a curated balance of comfort and practicality. Featuring soaring 20' ceilings, a full bathroom with shower, mezzanine loft, and an ADU-style layover room for overnight use, these units accommodate 4–6 vehicles depending on configuration. Located in both infield and outfield settings with 24/7 secure access.

Premium Condo
Spacious, refined, and intelligently laid out for the motorsport lifestyle. Premium Condos elevate the Driver’s Condo layout with enhanced mezzanine space, an expanded ADU, office-ready upper levels, and direct paddock or courtyard access. These units are ideal for extended stays, vehicle display, or professional workshop use—supporting 7–9 cars with space for guests, gear, and gathering.

Corporate Condo
Our flagship pre-built unit offers the largest footprint available, purposefully designed for corporate hospitality, team infrastructure, and private collection showcase. Features include a high-capacity mezzanine, full ADU with elevated track viewing, large-format garage space for 12–15 vehicles, and optional pit-lane access in select infield locations. Perfect for immersive brand presence or race-day operations.
